Day7: 67.8kg. Last night did not eat rice, only had some patato and seaweed soup and a little meat, I guess that is the reason why my weight dropped... lots of work to do today..

April 3. Back to 66.9kg... yesterday's dinner: had some meats and vegetables, no carbs..and freshly squeezed orange juice
April 2....67.2kg ...the reason of this is flour and rice, I had green onion pancakes/ omelet in the morning, and rice at dinner....especially dinner, once I ate rice in the dinner, the weight tends to go up... Meat and vegetables in dinner don't have that effect
