看来这里没什么人用belkin router。我正好用belkin N 600 router，接我家的网络电话Plug and Play，no problem at all。。。

不知道你家里多少人上网，流量如何？因为上行的速度远小于下行，如果上行挤满了则会影响到出去的质量

打出和你的上载流量（uploading)有关，打入和下载（downloading)有关。如果share的电脑太多，打电话就有问题

Either inbound or outbound has something to do with your uploading AND downloading. RTP streams (voice packet) are bi-directional.

Your router may have a setting called ALG (Application Level Gateway). If it has, turn that off.
