中文的不知道，我打过rogers的customer retention。还没开口，就先给个5-10块的discount，然后聊啊聊，聊上半个小时，说回去想一下，把刚才聊好的deal记录在你的帐号里。过两天，电话过去，接着上回的deal继续聊。我这么聊了4个回合才搞定一个deal。过后还搞错一次账单，该给的discount没给，又3个电话搞定。总共7个电话，耗时约2个半小时

If you don't like it you can return it as long as the total minutes called do not exceed 30.
