Just tell them that you have got offer from Bell without installation fee. You want to check it out whether Rogers can do the same thing before you go with Bell. .....They will take it off.

Even much cheaper now as you can get a lot of cheaper used Sat receiver (e.g. $20~30 for a used ViewSat Ultra)

the guy I found from 51.ca (Please search yourself). remember negotiate the price with him. mine around $180 (probably, 3 years ago, forgot totally).

thanks for you reply. I have the satellite installed a while ago, it's not working anymore due to the upgrad, but I don't know if it's sitll ok with CCTV-4.
