but I have the proof my parents really did the medical examination in 2022, it is no idea why hosting judge couldn't reach those records and made the wrong decision. If i request federal court judicial review, what kinds of law violation can I quote for the judge?

Appeal happens virtual, showing the medical records over the camara judge said it was inappropriate. On the other hand, judge don't have records is not my fault, he made the decision based on wrong info he got, from legal side, is nothing wrong? -xiaolidu(overseas chinese); 4-22 (#16063328@0)
