      丹佛跟多伦多周边小镇可比,周围有些工业区和住宅区都不是它的,boulder, Littleton, Douglas, aurora 等等。。。

      • 感觉独立屋的泡沫更大,从宾顿到maple,到king,万锦,北到新市甚至holland,innis,巴里,到处都是规模宏大的独立屋建设工地,如果同时开工,一旦市场转向,工人遍地失业转行,浪费有经验的人才,需要的时候又重新培养,损害工程质量。

    • 加拿大在建设方面有明显的泡沫,很容易造成行业大起大落,对经济伤害很大,记得当年突然发现地铁过剩,洞挖好也要回填,解散员工,多年后人口增加需要重建的时候又发现经验员工短缺,搞建设绝不能大干快上搞大跃进,轻者伤身,重者伤筋。 +1
