our company is looking for a full time accounts payable position, the company is located at Sheppard & Consumer road. The compensation depends on the experience.
In this role, you will:
• Posting purchase invoices, matching source documents, obtain payment approval, cheque runs, credit card payment
• Bank Deposits
• Maintain subcontractor files; Reconcile sub-contract value
• Maintaining filing systems
The ideal candidate will process the following qualifications:
• Undergraduate degree or diploma, major in accounting
• Passion for working in a fast paced, dynamic environment
• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail
