  • Food allergies(2.8ร—2.4): Master cleanse day 1: 887793, 69.4kg.
    • What do the numbers mean?

    • 2nd day: 2.8ร—2.4 978299. 68.4kg
      The first number was wrong
    • Day 3: (2.7ร—2), +1

      967899. 67.8kg. No swelling any more.. plan to eat my grapes on Saturday ๐Ÿ˜..sleeping pattern is getting better. Slept 9 hours last night., and the freckles are lighter

      same measurements.....because of "dayima", instead of master cleanse, I will start to eat as a vegetarian for 2 days. The red spots are almost gone and the allergic reactions are vanished. Still not sure about the trip to Niagara today, will play it by ear later.

      The weird thing about Master cleanse is, whenever I finished the cleanse, no matter if it was 10-day cleanse or a 3-day cleanse, it always changes my appetite. Every time after I got off from cleanse, I could not tolerate meats and processed foods, they became so disgusting and tasted so bad, sometimes I have to purposely avoid them, even for my favorite snack (processed food:" bean custurd"), it just tastes not right, and I can only enjoy fresh vegetables and fruits at this moment. Anything with artificial flavors will give me a weird feeling, and meats taste so weird and disgusting... 

      I have never determined to be a vegetarian, instead, I always want to go back to my carnivore-ish life style, but I can't. Meat and processed food make me feel like vomiting.

      So weird....I had to threw my half-bitten bean custurd into the garbage, it tastes so disgusting with artificial flavors

    • Day 5: 68 kg..slept 10 hours last night...the most important improvement is my blood pressure,

      it dropped 15mmHg, both systolic and diastolic, amazing....

      without any symptoms of allergies any more, the only protein food that I ate was cheese/poutine. Feels good to be a vegetarian, more energetic...no slouching๐Ÿ˜„...went to Toronto prime outlet mall and the point beach yesterday...spent 10 hours straight outdoor yesterday..

    • Day 6: from today,

      start to eat a little bit meat.68.3kg..breakfast: 6 small dumplings and fresh soymilk made this morning from galleria..get up at 7am...went to two supermarket,

      try to prepare for tomorrow's birthday. Now I am :" er cong mu ming". Detoxification really serve me well๐Ÿ˜„

    • Day7: 67.8kg. Last night did not eat rice, only had some patato and seaweed soup and a little meat, I guess that is the reason why my weight dropped... lots of work to do today..

      67.6kg.. worked full day. So tired..bought some take-out food...the best food is the food cooked by someone else๐Ÿ˜‚...for sure I will put on some weight tmr๐Ÿ˜…

      67.3kg....got a full refund from from Precious M of TD. Thx to "Urban", maybe I spelled his name wrong.. very nice guy and professional.. a lesson learned today: next time, will only focus on the "new item".. attaching a picture from 3 years ago..good memories...

    • April 3. Back to 66.9kg... yesterday's dinner: had some meats and vegetables, no carbs..and freshly squeezed orange juice +1

      April 2....67.2kg ...the reason of this is flour and rice, I had green onion pancakes/ omelet in the morning, and rice at dinner....especially dinner, once I ate rice in the dinner, the weight tends to go up... Meat and vegetables in dinner don't have that effect
      • We have been having no-carb dinner for long long time.

          • And stay away from restaurant food๏ผŒ including take-outs, for as much as possible ๐Ÿ˜Š
            • Yeah! I am not eating take-outs any more. ๐Ÿ™‚
