  • Vegan berry and vanilla shake

    For a brunch or celebration this berry-rich, vanilla-flavoured milkshake goes vegan due to the almond drink and soy cream.

    Components

    Beverage For four glasses of two.5 l

    200 g of strawberries
    200 g of frozen combined berries
    2 sachets of vanilla sugar
    300 g yoghurt various, e.g. Vegurt chickpea vanilla
    four l of almond drink
    1 litre of soy cream for whipping
    27 g of crunchy sesame bar

    Preparation:
    approx. 15 minutes

    Put aside a number of strawberries for garnish, mix the remainder with the berry combine, vanilla sugar, Vegurt and almond drink. Whip the soy cream firmly. Chop the crunchy sesame bar. Garnish the shake with the whipped soy cream, the brittle, the reserved strawberries and serve.
