The President said that those in Azovstal have the right to surrender, and are still heroes, no matter what. I guess some choose not to do so.

Some of them certainly can make their own choices, and it would be wise to watch what may happen to those injured solders before the rest of fighters come out of steel works.

International Red Cross has registered those surrendered. IMHO Russia may not do very bad things against them. At least won't kill them.

Russians' words mean nothing. There was such a case: an Ukrainian solder was captured two month ago, and he was shown alive on video, with a tattoo on his arm, then he was found dead not long after. A body was identified with the same tattoo.
