问题1：朋友从dealer买断，然后我从朋友买，这样朋友需要上一遍税，我也需要上一遍税，我的理解对不？
问题2：我接朋友的贷款，我的信用记录很好，是不是这样朋友就不用上税，我也不用上税了至少从目前来看。
请大家给出出主意怎么接划算，谢谢
