In this dynamic position, your tasks will span managing accounts payable and receivable, handling remittances, and interest payments, draw preparation, monthly journal entries, reconciliations, and leading the monthly close process.

Responsibilities：
• Manage the financial operations of the company independently.
• Manage daily accounts receivable functions including posting sales invoices, creating invoices, posting payments.
• Manage daily accounts payable functions such as posting purchase invoices, matching source documents, obtaining payment approval, and processing payments.
• Prepare with monthly, quarterly, and annual tax reporting and payments
• Prepare account reconciliations and analysis for receivables.
• Oversee the full accounting cycle for multiple Construction projects
• Identify, analyze, and investigate variances in financial results.
• Oversee monthly compliance reporting to lenders, government agencies, and partners.
• Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts. Education & Qualifications
• Undergraduate degree or diploma in accounting or finance.
• CPA designation • 5+ years of accounting experience in the construction industry
• Job costing experience • Exceptional competency in Microsoft excel, Jonas, Word & Outlook • Multitasking
• Strong communication & interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail
