CUSTOMER CARE REPRESENTATIVE

Reports to: Customer Care Supervisor

MISSION
Responsible for processing all incoming requests received by either phone or email from Customers and Reps.
• Respond to customer service requests such as delivery information, stock checks, additions, cancellations, expediting, order status, Return Material Authorizations and Credits
• Investigate discrepancies resulting from shipping or pricing errors.
• Assemble information and prepare reports as required
• Liase with other departments within the company
• Order/Data entry when required
• Prioritize customer demands constantly
• Filing of order and packing slips in appropriate electronic files
• Work with Customer Care Team to ensure that customers are answered in a timely fashion
REQUIRED SKILLS
• Minimum 2 years’ relevant work experience is required
• Proficient in Outlook, Teams, Excel and Word
• Experience on an ERP system an asset
• Good data entry skills
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to act independently and with minimal supervision
• Team Player
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask
• Travel as required
