昨晚我去帮忙，感觉不错。其实我不太懂，但是气氛很好。和Sally的几位到过中国的canadian 朋友大谈中国。他们友好的让我感动。唉！觉得自己怪可怜的。好像是受气受惯了的孩子，受不了好处了。当然了，Sally一直很好。在我们困难时期，她给了我们很多鼓励，温暖、、、、、、对了Sally 的画展在那个wonderwork store里面的那间屋子。那店老板Marry听说我来自中国眼睛都亮了。让我困惑的不敢多说什么，直到她闲下来找我聊天告诉我她在70年代在台湾工作了1年多，我的疑团才揭开。也恍然大悟般地意识到为什么她的店里有好些弥勒佛和观音像卖，为什么老是问我她的店里的物品的中文怎么讲而且我只要纠正一次或两次就发音尚可了，为什么很遗憾的告诉我她的店经常有台湾人光顾，但是很少有人能和她交流、、、看得出她很怀念那段时光，我们一起聊了近40分钟。她告诉：I make sense on mandarin .跑题了:-)

Meditations on the monent
These photographs
come out of a meditation practise
that begins
with picking up my camera
and concludes
with titled images.
It is a process
with many moments
of awe,inspiration,pleasure
and surprise----
and always the sense
that something is happening
that is bigger than me.
I am so grateful
for this experience
and it's ongoing nature----
it fills
and satisfies me.
And my thanks to Mary
for the opportunity
for this play
this most recent sequence
in her spirit-filled space.
