买了一架电子钢琴 Casio digital piano package PX-130BK (10131256),买的是open box的.买的时候,新价格的是$529.99,价格标签放在有木制支架的琴上。open box的是$476.99(比新的减10%)。付款时扫描出的价格是$629.99.
根据加拿大相关销售规定,这种情况,店家要按店里标出的低价格收费,而且要给消费者退$10。退$10这点小问题,先不提也罢。关键问题是他们给了我琴,却没有给琴架。我开始以为是全包装在一个盒子里,其实琴与架是分两盒包装的。在网上查型号与货号,都写的明明白是包括琴架,但回去找他们,他们因为以低价卖出,所以拒不给顾客琴架。而且店里的人说,你只能退了琴,按新价格买(可以让价到$540),才给你琴架,否则这琴架就一直放在店里。
找了店manager,他们也说那低价格只包括琴,但没有琴架。说我买的是open box,就是因为没有琴架才卖这个价格。但是发票上的型号与货号,网上查都表明包括了琴架。他们的说法根本不合理。他们怎样解释那个店里多出来的琴架呢?而且加拿大Bestbuy网店上,根本就没有单独卖琴却不带琴架这样的商品!
给head office的人发了email投诉,到现在也没回音。再也不相信Bestbuy了。

I am very disappointed at my experience of buying a Casio digital piano package PX-130BK (10131256) at the store. The package includes a stand for the piano. But the store refused to give me the stand that I am entitled to simply because that I buy it at a displayed price, which is lower than scanned price. When I purchased the piano package, the price tag was $529.99 for brand new item, $476.99 for open box item (10% reduction), while the scanned price was $629.99.
According to the price accuracy policy in Ontario, Canada, the store should honor the lower displayed price in the store, even if the scanned price is higher. Moreover, the store should deduct $10 from the lower price. Indeed, the store did not give me the $10 back.
Even worse, the store refused to give me the stand that I am entitled to simply because I bought it at a lower displayed price. The package includes the stand, but they did not give it to me. This is the worst experience I have ever had!
I have talked to the store manager at Markham, but the problem has not been resolved. The store information is as follows:
