University of Waterloo 终于怂了。从前，COOP 最多两个连一起，8个月。这个政策比较刚性的。最新的变化是：现在COOP可以3个连一起，一次做一年的。从前我们不招Waterloo 的学生，就是因为COOP时间短，4个月，还没有开始热身就离开了。另外，美国大厂的实习，经常是12周的。
