Tom Cotton was born on May 13,1977, in Dardanelle, Arkansas.

Harvard College 1998, Harvard Law School 2002;

Law clerk and lawyer until 2004;

United States Army, completed officer training, Ranger and airborne training; commissioned as a second lieutenant in June 2005;

Deployed to Baghdad as a platoon leader with the 101st Airborne Division in 2006; Later to Afghanistan until 2009

U.S. House of Representatives from Arkansas's 4th district 2013 - 2015

United States Senator from Arkansas 2015 - present

Cotton 看上去太严肃了，得变一下才能更吸引选民。他也过于保守，不知道还能走多远。不过不是也有另外一个年轻人从Hope, Arkansas走出(当然是不同的一条路)，最后成为美国总统了吗？还是有Hope的。
